Let me unpack this. You say that ISIS is fully functioning due to one IED.. then say Trump is lying about their status.. all the while you are evidently not in agreement with him to withdraw troops even though there are US casualties in the region.
You are going to have to pick a side here. You want them to stay and face more random attacks or leave and be in agreement with the President?

So “defeated” can never.. ever.. be used in the context of a military triumph without an official surrender ever again?
Based on the evidently very truthful Obama.. ISIS was a JV team that would be easy to defeat. So it’s not far fetched that they have been defeated. Correct?
