I have a $100 that the Capitol police officer has some untoward comments in the public view that vilify Trump supporters. And because of that, this was always going to be the outcome.

double or nothing that the way the other CPD officers cleared away from the door, that he was hiding out of sight in the doorway and the fact that we still dont know his name, the whole thing was a setup and the CPD officer did exactly what he was supposed to do.

Some things are more important than one lifetime. Western Civilization will die if there are no more people that believe that. Ashli Babbit knew, and she will be remembered for it.

Ignoring commands from police officers to disperse and leave the scene is what's dumb here and got her killed.

So I assume you will be participating in the next capitol riot?

Why didn't the cops continue to plug these obvious insurrectionists? I mean, some video shows cops walking folks onto the floor. Seems like if you were there, the galling gun might have made more sense.

Who did she ignore, and under what doctrine is lethal force justified for ignoring a command?

Nope, but you wont see me counter-signaling the first sign of life on the right since the early 1900s

Well, we know you aren't. The extend of your efforts goes as far as shite talking people who realize voting for the least worst option every election isn't enough. So stunning, so brave!

What an odd creature she was.

So politically outspoken to the point she breaches the US Capitol over a political stance and a degenerate in her love life by letting another woman frick her man.

Well shite I understand why the black cop was allowed to murder her in cold blood then

The Cops.

None that I'm aware of but that's risk you run when you ignore police officers because they have the human ability to frick up and make a hasty decision that kills you or at least put you in the hospital forever.

If you don't want your life in their hands, don't put yourself in situations like that.

This isn't hard to understand.

Well George Floyd was unarmed also.

they have you convinced you should celebrate this woman's death

Hell this is what America was built on dude. Didn't you know that in America, you victimize the victim. That's been the case since the slave ships landed on Plymouth Rock.

They killed an unarmed nonviolent woman for trespassing. But let's be honest about what this really was, this was about not letting one of the peasants get too close to the masters. And this is why the people in government can commit crime after crime and never get punished because there are two classes in this country. And instead of pointing the finger at the real bad guys, they have you convinced you should celebrate this woman's death because she votes different than you do. But please explain how a rapist that pulled a knife on cops didn't deserve to be shot but this woman did. You people are dumb as hell.

Why is this relevant>

18 U.S.C. § 242, a

quote:

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 - Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S.

Color of Law?

quote:

What is under the color of authority?
Under color of authority is a legal phrase used in the US indicating that a person is claiming or implying the acts he or she is committing are related to and legitimized by his or her role as an agent of governmental power, especially if the acts are unlawful.

Say WHAT/

The whole statement from DOJ is word salad. I read several times because it is just plain confusing, (to me).

Nice try.

I also don't try to talk tough on the internet like I'm some billy badass like you do and piggyback on idiots like Ashli Babbitt ignoring lawful commands from police officers.

I'm talking about politics and electioneering and you're behind a keyboard in total privacy behind an anonymous screen name cheerleading some idiot ignoring police commands to leave the scene leading to her being shot and killed.

3 stupid takes in one post, that is a record

OK then dumbass if both she and Floyd were unarmed then the cops in each case should be treated the same.

Not even knowing the name of the black racist son of a bitch who shot her is appalling.

What exactly is it you are doing here?

I get is man, scary times. People with low T levels are getting worried that shallow analysis of bullshite, fake dichotomy electoral politics won't be enough to keep people interested anymore. They have clinics for that, you know.

This is projection of the highest order. Probably the best way to gain self-confidence for a guy like you is to to hit the gym, maybe take up a combat sport, perhaps some manual labor in the sun a couple days a week. I've seen it work for others.
