have no idea. I'm not surprised by your hopes/expectations. What I am confident about is that trump will not be found guilty of any crime and he will be president for 6 more years. I am also confident that if there was a crime committed of the nature being alleged...it is far more likely the democrats are the guilty party.
except that there are a lot of republicans indicting republicans right now.

Any idea how long the jail sentence is for that?

That’s one.
Now if they want to bring her to trial, DoJ has to tip their hand. Good.

no clue. unlike a lot of people here, i don't pretend to know what i don't know.
generally, i just ask questions, try to shine a light on what things are actually being said, and what is actually contained in the documents that we have access to.

she is a lobbyist who failed to register as a foreign agent which is illegal.
also according to the indictment made by the National Security wing of the DOJ (not Mueller), she is a lobbyist who failed register as a foreign agent who allegedly conspired to commit offense to the united states.

They would have been exposed for trying to pull a Bernie on Trump.
Why didn't the Russians release info that would help Trump?

not sure if you're joking. they totally did release the DNC emails. remember?
LINK
basically, the timeline is Russia hacks DNC, hacking group Guccifer takes credit for it, Julian Assange disseminates information, it hits press right before the election.

3 additional questions I have
1) is this a plea deal? Is she a cooperating person?
2) I have not read the indictment, but I read a yahoo article about it: does the indictment allege she worked to interfere in 2016 election or simply to infiltrate advocacy groups to get to politicians?
3) Why wouldn’t mueller be involved here? This seems fairly relevant to the SC

I'm not talking about process crimes and financial crimes from years ago while working with the Podestas. I'm talking about indictments for illegal acts Involving Russia and the election. That should have been obvious.
In light of the DNC's admitted collusion with The Ukraine...dnc/Russia shouldn't be too hard to imagine.

I doubt trump stands trial for any federal crimes. He will be pardoned.

it appears that you have quite a few ideas, most of them nonsensical.

Not sure if you're stupid. The GOP went full court to keep Trump from the nomination, remember?
ETA: How does releasing that information help Trump?

not a plea deal yet.

indictment says that she has been lobbying without registering (illegal)
"Butina is accused of developing relationships with American politicians and a “gun rights organization,” none of which are named in the affidavit supporting the criminal complaint. FBI Special Agent Kevin Helson wrote that Butina was attempting to “establish a ‘back channel’ communication for representatives of the Government of Russia.”"
quote:two guesses.

1- this might predate the russian election meddling timeline. some reports have these charges going as far back as 2015, which predates trump's campaign, but is still illegal.
2- while connected tangentially to the investigation, in doing so, these charges would continue even if mueller was fired.
