Glenn has been saying people are sick of Lula. I follow another journalist from there, Pepe Escobar, who hates Bolsonaro -- and he has been saying the same thing. Lula has been ruling forever and people are tired of him -- he is ineffective, woke, and surrounded by sycophants.

Because Zanin issued his order right at the 5PM closing bell, pro-Bolsonaro precincts that closed on time permanently locked their electronic voting machines...while unclosed precincts in regions like the Lula-heavy areas kept taking votes until 7PM ??
