I stand corrected.

Could be, might be, all I know is the level of support for Bolsonaro based on the crowds in that vid is pretty impressive.

Interesting choice. Rio is never going to give you a real read.
Rio is a big city, seems like a good gauge for Bolsonaro support. Most big cities in the US are leftist sanctuaries.

Your casual observer of Brazilian politics just does not comprehend how densely populated the Northeast is and how much of a PT stronghold it is. They are all in red dancing in the streets in Bahia and Ceará right now. A frick ton of people.
Rio, is a mix. The city, anyway. The state leans conservative. It's also the Bolsonaro's home base. You take a video of Fluminese and I'm sure it looks convincingly in favor of Bolsonaro. You take another video in Botofago and it's Lula.
Shirley should have done a survey of Minas Gerais if he was truly interested in getting the tilt.

If tweet fails to load, click here. | The president of Brazil's Superior Electoral Court, Judge Kassio Nunes Marques, has just issued a devastating warning:
There was absolutely no rule that allowed extending the voting by two hours. It was an unprecedented order from a Supreme Court magistrate allied with Lula, which ended up benefiting his regions.
The preliminary decision, issued after the polls closed, generated serious difficulties in the electoral process. "There were no regulations that authorized any extension," Nunes Marques stated.
And he said it with historic clarity:
"Never, in the entire history of the TSE, has there been an extension."
He also warned that it was materially impossible, in just a few hours, to guarantee that a judicial decision of that magnitude would not cause side effects—especially technological ones—capable of significantly altering the vote count.
And he concluded with a forceful reminder to the Supreme Court: the Constitution assigns exclusive jurisdiction to the Electoral Court to direct the electoral process. Not to the STF.

True, wasn’t Macron wanting to shut down social media so the world couldn’t see how bad things are in his country? How bad the destruction is?
I’m sure it’s just a coincidence…

Implausibly large blocks of fraudulent votes are SOP these days.
