Casual sex is harmful to all participants.

Yet again, I'm not sure you actually read what i wrote.

No one said it wasn't harmful to all participants.

But it has a disproportionate negative effect on society when society has come to a place in which the average woman leans into it.

quote:

I know the board likes to believe women are responsible for all societal ills, but the reality is men own most of the business, run most of the government and posses most of the capital.

This is the fallacy that feminism has taught—and a great example of what I was referring to when I said you have inculcated feminist doctrine while thinking you haven't; that wasn't a random statement— I can see the narratives show up in the things you habitually post.

Anyway, feminism does this in order to maintain gender warfare and continue to covertly promote marxism.

"Men" do not do all the things you listed. A small percentage of men do.

For example, only 8.1% of all Americans own equity in employer businesses (businesses big enough to have at least one employee who isn't the owner.). 61% of those are men, 22% are women, and the rest are owned equally by men and women. So you're talking about 4.9% of men who majority own a (real) business.

"Men" do not "run the government." A small percentage of men do. At that point we're talking about significantly less than 1%.

"Men" do not own most of the capital in the US. A small percentage of men do. Ever heard of the 1%? I'll leave it to you based on that to deduce what percentage of men we're talking about here.

So 95% or less of men are just as powerless (or powerful) as 98% of women.

Consequently, that's an arse-backward way of trying to figure out the situation.

What I'm talking about is the 95%/98% that makes up the citizenry, not the tiny percentage that occupies positions of leverage. The citizenry's leverage is its size.

And the, "You just blame women" narrative doesn't work on me. I blame feminism, regardless of who is promoting it. Notice multiple times on this thread I have specifically blamed men for the rise of feminism.

It's the philosophy that is destructive, not who happens to be promoting it. Just like the Marxism that underpins feminism. And before you deny that—and also think about what I said about you having inculcated feminism to the point that you don't even realize you're doing it—notice that you ALWAYS blame capitalism.

As though women in socialist countries didn't also have to work a job and then come home and work at home. From a 3 second Google search of "Did women work in Soviet Russia:"

"Yes, women in Soviet Russia were actively encouraged and expected to participate in the workforce. The Bolsheviks aimed to create a society where women were equal to men, including in the workplace, and they implemented policies to draw women out of the home and into various sectors. While women did achieve significant gains in education, employment, and even some leadership positions, patriarchal norms persisted, and women often faced a double burden of work both outside and inside the home."

That sounds an awful lot like what you're describing here in America, doesn't it?

Hmmm...I wonder what the common denominator could be. Let's read the clip again. Hmmmm....WAIT! I see it! The only common denominator can't be capitalism, it can't be socialism, it's...it's...it's...

Feminism.

Your mind is fascinating. I’d love to know the thought process that got you to that conclusion.

This is an acceptable price to pay according to the feminist. Your friend’s dead sons are simply acceptable collateral damage for the cause.

Because men arent meant to live this way.

We have traded our natural desires and drives for comfort. We suck at being consumers, we are wired to be producers and creators.

was listening to an interesting podcast that also blames a lot of this on our education system

there’s almost no male role models in schools anymore…in elementary school PE and sports are getting cut…in high school all trade skill and shop classes cut

for some reason, women are entering puberty and maturing even earlier while males are developing later…research shows boys should actually start Kindergarten a year later than girls. There’s a big maturity mismatch

this has all led to the situation now where women are now lapping men in education, graduating college at a higher rate while men shrink. but you see where this leads and the harmful effect it’s having on society?

college educated women want a college educated man. and this is just getting worse and worse, a large group of women are going after a small group of men. the small group of men have their “pick” of women so there’s no need for them to settle down, and a lot of women refuse to “settle” or date down”…everyone is ending up lonely in the end.

in feminism race to raise women up, there’s no voices at the same time to also push for opportunities for boys and young men. and boys/teens can’t speak up or talk about it because sexism.

These are actual facts. Which specific fact are you disputing? Men don’t comprise most of government? Men don’t own/run most businesses? Or men don’t possess most of the capital in the world? Which are you claiming is incorrect?

Yes, I realize public discourse has degenerated to the point that moderate opinions now appear to be right wing, but that is a false narrative that I will not accept. The modern Democrat party is extreme, we are not. The opinions most people share on this board are very moderate and reasonable.

We certainly do have some extremists from both sides of the aisle, that is true. Thank goodness this board doesn't censor anyone so we can all see the insanity for ourselves.

Democrat Pedos have caused this. Get rid of them then you solve the issue.

Ignorant response to a serious problem. Divorce, social media and isolation among boys have all contributed to this, plus an imbalance in society regarding girl's issues, ignoring the issues of young men.
For the last 30 yrs, the #1 cause of death for ACTIVE military has been suicide. Not combat or training accidents deaths, but suicide. Wrap your head around that. Young men have not been taught how to cope.
