Next time you see blue lights flashing you should run up to them, stick a phone to their face and verbally assault them and you will see that definition is pretty universal.

I see his body move from on all fours to being shot, then him going lifting to his knees after being shot, then he is shot some more, then he hits the ground, and that last officer put 4 more in him while he is already lying there lifeless. Each one of those officers is going to need to articulate exactly why they used the force they used, meaning they will each individually be asked to state the exact reason why they feared for their life enough to shoot. Having heard other officers shoot is not a reason justified reason to fear for your life. Each of those officers are that shot are fricked. Trump can't pardon state charges.

I also know people who thought they had a slam dunk settlement/lawsuit have it get thrown out by a judge. I’m sorry that happened, bud. For future reference a slip on camera or in front of someone and wearing a neck brace for a few weeks in public doesn’t hurt. You gotta live the gimmick brother.
