I think it was a stunt by the manager or owner to virtue signal. Hopefully if backfires on them. I would have fired that manager if I was the owner.

I worked as a Chef at Casino's on the Gulf Coast. They have a crap ton of illegals working on the premises. They don't actually work for the Casinos, but through temp agencies. ICE should raid the Casino that tossed him from the premises. There will definitely be fish to catch.

Review of Bottled Blonde - Las Vegas
Reviewed yesterday
Absolutly terrible experience. I was with a friend who is a police officer. Waitress actually asked what we do for a living (my buddy looks like a cop). Once he told her, she became just short of openly hostile! She was terrible!
The food was subpar and very expensive. The drinks? Take out a second mortgage to afford your bar bill.
Avoid this predatory restaurant. Too expensive and just not that good. And if your an off duty police officer they pretty much hate you and dont want your business.
