Mark Elias hasn't even established standing in this case yet - which is somehow in front of Boasberg - and yet, Boasberg has STILL granted a motion, compelling the discovery of every single state asked to review suspected illegal ballots - by noon tomorrow - when this case is ENTIRELY based upon ALLEGED harms that have not yet occurred in NEVADA, argued tangentially on the basis of associational and organizational grounds, but are purely speculative at this point.
WHAT??? How often do judges grant a motion to a plaintiff who hasn't established that they even have standing to be a plaintiff yet?
