I think we call all agree - this Boasberg Activist Federal Judge is a Deep State operative. Tasked with the job of stopping Donald Trump and impeding Congressional Inquiry into suspected democrat fraud schemes.

There clearly is a two tier justice system in this country. I’m not on the right tier. Most conservatives are not on the right tier either.

He's probably going to be impeached at some point soon.

By who?

Hasn’t it been made clear over and over he’s doing exactly what the GOPe wants him to do?

If it wasn’t logic dictates they’d move to stop it, yet they don’t.

Likewise, no one knows what the subpoena is requesting.

Including this board, so why comment on the ridiculousness of this ruling?

Boasberg makes up laws all the time in his rulings.

Subpoenas are used by grand juries all the time in US history and a judge cannot block the use of them by a grand jury.

Boasberg needs to be impeached over this and the lawfare he was told to stop by the USSC.

On August 22, 2016, Boasberg ordered the release of over 14,000 emails found in the United States Department of State correspondence of Hillary Clinton by the FBI during an investigation of Clinton's private server. These emails were requested by Judicial Watch, a conservative legal group, because the FBI had indicated that the emails were work-related and not entirely private, as Clinton had previously said.

Show me the man and I'll show you the crime, right comrade?

In this instance, however, the money being spent by Powell should be criminal.

You did not understand what you were reading. The "ruling" was so brutally dissembled by Pirro that I would have felt sorry for Boasberg .... had it not been Boasberg. It was an absurd ruling.

Just who do you think would ever do such a thing?

Not the cowardly and complicit league of con artists we currently have in the Senate that's for sure

Not a fan of this judge, BUT it is crystal clear that DT was coming after Powell for not doing what he said. That’s fricking bullshite and condoning it means you are either clueless or complicit or both.

Your ignorance to the facts does not make anyone clueless or complicit. It just means you’re ignorant.

Did Pirro offer proof that materials requested were relevant to an ongoing formal investigation that's not a fishing expedition?

There are procedures in place to investigate the Fed and the DOJ is not allowed to short circuit it. Probably should go through the House and have the proper committee refer to DOJ and then Pirro can issue subpoenas. But it's an agency like GSA that should make the complaint to Congress first.

Cost overruns generally are not enough to have a referral to DOJ unless GSA or the requisite agency suspects someone is engaging in outright fraud.

Like progressive activists in any other American institution, feelings and emotion rule the day. Amazing how often this supposed Judge agrees with just your run of the mill democrat talking points.

First of all, according to whom? Second…is a Billion of overruns in building renovations enough to constitute suspicion of outright fraud?

Then the OIG reports that to the committee overseeing it, counselor. Then the committee has hearings and the committee chair calls a vote to refer it to the DOJ. Then the questioning and subpoena come.

If Pirro is not following the correct procedure, she will get embarrassed. As an officer of the court, you should know that it matters how this is done
