Well, if you wanted to keep Covid numbers up for control purposes and fear, why wouldn't you bus unvaccinated and potentially Covid positive people all over the country?
I know most do not believe their government would do such a thing BUT even without Covid, nothing explains bussing a population of basically unvaccinated for anything population all over the country...

Not only blue states. I full expect Gov. Abbott to cave and lock down Texas in the next few weeks.
Now normally I'm extremely critical of the Texas governor, but I'll give him some slack he he chooses to go this route. Texas is unfortunately Ground Zero for the migrant surge, and our public health here is in serious jeopardy.
