God this pisses me off
And it says the prescribed dose was 500mg twice a day.
So she basically took 4 times the single dose and twice the daily dose.

Oh hell no. I personally believe we are seeing the largest misinformation attack on the United States in its history.

I couldn't find who authored the article.
It's gotten to a point that if an article does not indicate who wrote it, or if there is no comment section to offer a counter-point (AL.com's "journalists" were getting pasted in the comments so badly for skewed data and misspellings that they removed the comment buttons) the information is false by default.

Yeah you are right, not sure what I was thinking probably 20 grams.
But still 2 grams is well over the recommended dose of Tylenol and way over the dose of ibuprofen. So saying 2 grams is purposefully misleading.

No, the standard dosage for Malarone is 250mg/day and Doxycycline is 100-200mg/day. I have taken both while overseas. Doxy is also used as a mild antibiotic and I happen to be taking it now for minor post op infection.
Hydroxychloroquine is not a common anti malarial drug currently being used, but the dosages are generally significantly higher than Malarone and Doxy. As high as 400mg/day.

The dosing protocol being used is 400mg bid as a loading dose, then 200mg bid (bid is twice daily) for 4 days. Kinda like a Z pack
