fox news

You ... have said that violence is sometimes necessary in these situations," host Martha MacCallum told Newsome. "What exactly is it that you hope to achieve through violence?"

"Wow, it's interesting that you would pose that question like that," Newsome responded, "because this country is built upon violence. What was the American Revolution, what's our diplomacy across the globe?

"We go in and we blow up countries and we replace their leaders with leaders who we like. So for any American to accuse us of being violent is extremely hypocritical."

"Let's observe the history of the 1960s, when black people were rioting," he went on. "We had the highest growth in wealth, in property ownership. Think about the last few weeks since we started protesting. There have been eight cops fired across the country."

"I don't condone nor do I condemn rioting," Newsome added. "But I'm just telling you what I observed."

Nobody's talking about ambushing police officers. We're talking about protecting lives," he said. "There's nothing more American than that. We talk about uplifting and upholding the Second Amendment but it seems to be the hypocrisy of America that when black people start talking about arming themselves and defending themselves, [that] talk is 'violent'. But when white people grab assault rifles and go to our nation's, their state capitals, it's all good."

Uh, when do white people grab assault rifles and block streets and consider that "okay" ? what freaking planet is this dude coming to us live from?

"I love the Lord and my Lord and savior," Newsome responded to MacCallum's prompt. "Jesus Christ is the most famous black radical revolutionary in history. And he was treated just like Dr. King. He was arrested on occasion and he was also crucified or assassinated. This is what happens to black activists. We are killed by the government."

ah so this guy thinks he is doing the lord's work by imitating the actions of Muhammad (violence, forceful conversions or making people conform to Islam's ideology)... but claiming he is being like Jesus who turned the other cheek and spoke softly appeal to change behavior by repentance by fear of God,not men or he is claiming it's okay to use violence because our government does it or has done it?. very confusing statements

When people go all Black Jesus, you know they are not straight in the head...everything is about skin color and not about character which is what MLK was all about...

I’m starting to lose my ability to even process this insanity.

Things are only going to get worse between now and November.

Voter intimidation and fraud is going to be rampant and we have yet to see a mass violence event yet. But it’s coming. These sick people won’t stop.

he would just say, "exactly, our people are being oppressed in America"

and I would say how exactly?

I see nothing but a free country but a ton of self oppression by spitting out untold numbers of children without a stable family to be raised in.

the fact that black immigrants today, do so well in American is proof the problem isn't "racism' at all, or the system, it's the black culture that is so dearly embraced that is the problem...

This is the most important function of Black Lives Matter. It is one we've performed for years. America... must be destroyed.

Agreed, she allows it to happen all the time now, like she doesn’t even care. Making her unwatchable.

They need to interview more of these BLM “leaders” to show white suburban women what they support.

This is, of course, factually incorrect. The largest growth in property ownership by blacks was between 1940 and 1960. And the trends for blacks and whites are remarkably the same.

What is the big push recently to make Jesus black????

Sure he wasn’t European white but he was born and grew up what is now the Middle East.

He probably looked Arabic just like the rest of the people there.

Martha asks:
quote:

"What exactly is it that you hope to achieve through violence?"

Newsome bloviates about how “white” people have defended their ideals and principles with weapons, so why can’t black people tear it down.

Doesn’t address what exactly it is they hope to achieve.

Let me help you:

White people bad (especially Southerners), Negros and Mexicans good.

That's all there is to get.

"It can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead."
