Discussing anything at anytime is always fair game. I know of no mental or intellectual differences, though; everything I've ever read (only casually, FYI) has indicated that there is no noticeable difference in capacity.

So how does one explain the obvious failure of "genetically superior" humans? In evolution, doesn't the superior population usually thrive and supplant the inferior ones?
