That sounds like a violation of the Equal Protection Clause. Whitey gets stiffer bail while Colored Folk get a "Get of of Jail Free (or at a Reduced Rate) card.

You might not understand young males, but the idea of disrespect and a lack of power is why they carry guns and shoot each other. And that is irrespective of race.
Telling young males that they are oppressed poisons their interactions with each other and society.
I know some people don't want to let the 1960s go but this continual victim mindset is killing young black males by them killing each other.
The whole idea of poverty or systemic racism is a lie, one that continues to kill young men.
I've done work at rehabs and STEM outreach.
These ideas of diminished responsibility and disrespect are killing young men.
I don't really care how socially unacceptable these statements are to you or anyone else, cause every murderer and victim came into this world as a baby, innocent. And sometime after they were walking around as a toddler with the world in their eyes, they got a gun or a knife and killed someone.
It didn't have to be that way. There's nothing natural about it. And 60 years of modern social thought has made it worse.

We must let violent black criminals do horrific violent shite without arresting them and imprisoning them... because racism happened 3/4 of a century ago or longer.

Yes... You've never seen video of cocky suspects getting arrested for a crime smugly saying, "I'll be out in a few hours" etc.? A lot of criminals are not stupid. Many know the loopholes in the law that allow them to be repeat offenders.
The best is the stories after Katrina, when a bunch of thugs from NOLA got displaced to Houston and they were getting arrested for blatant public, broad daylight murders etc., they were telling cops arresting them, "I'll be out in 60 days." That was because Louisiana had the "60 day murder law," where if no witnesses came forward against the suspect within 60 days of their suspected murder, they had to be let free. So, for decades, until the mid-to late 2000s, repeat, serial murderers were walking free in Louisiana.
Texas police told them to their surprise, "That's not the law here. This is Texas."

This is a mass shooting, on camera, AFTER other gun violations. Not the same.
