Well nothing is better for the black race than forcing an employer to hire black people who can't do the job and making them look like dumbasses. That'll really advance the cause

What if we said,” there should be more black Olympic giant slalom participants.”
Should we then just grab some random black men, strap skies on them and push them downhill, simply for the sake of diversity?
Why would we take unqualified blacks in any other sector simply for diversities sake?
