I step out into my community every day and get along splendidly with Mexicans and blacks, and I see most every one else doing the same. Then, I watch the news and realize my perception’s off; it’s really bad out there, really bad.

FWIW, I read an article earlier today (can’t find it now) that had the alleged cell phone pic of the item in question. It was a nicely famed old document. Looked to be from maybe the 1940’s or 1950’s based on the way it was laid out. TBH it was really cool looking, it had a portion at the bottom right the applicant was supposed to cut off and mail in with their application payment. Stuff like that. If I found one like it, I would frame it and hang it up. It is about as offensive as a Robert E Lee statue. It’s obviously an antique / historical interest.
Hell, I have a black friend in Baton Rouge who has some old school framed photographs of a KKK Rally hanging in his house. Not for racist rantings but because they are cool old photos and he loves when new people come over and see them hanging there. We laugh about it.

Local news also has the story. Black dude told the realtor hell no on this house.
Smart move in that situation? Make a full price offer. If the seller turns it down, he still has to pay the commission.
So the guy either has to sell to a black buyer or cut a large check to his agent for nothing.

The problem is, I can predict for you how 100% of conversations you'd have with the folks responding on the root would go in person.
You - Um, that's absurd. There is pretty much a zero chance that an entire community agreed to "keep blacks out" when selling.
Them - "Are you denying racism exists!!!!"
You - "No, I am not"
Them - Well of course you are. Otherwise, you'd know it was commonplace for this to happen
You - I've seen no evidence anywhere that this is true
Them - "Typical cracker, thinks racism is over".
They will simply use the "racism exists, therefore all accusations of racism are true" form of logic.
