O’Reilly told “On Balance” on Wednesday that sometimes the listener has to dig a little deeper when analyzing Trump’s remarks.
quote:
“It’s like the Tower of Babel — he speaks in a way that makes sense to him but for other people, it doesn’t,” O’Reilly said. “He ‘likes’ inflation because he feels, and I’m pretty sure this is true, that after he achieves victory … the high inflation numbers will come down more rapidly than they would if they didn’t exist.”
quote:
O’Reilly conceded that a more empathic approach might help voters understand the president’s goals in disarming Iran but said that’s not Trump’s style.
quote:
“You can’t govern by the way people feel. You have to do what’s right for the country,” he said. “He is a defiant president, and people who voted for him know that.”

POTUS Trump knows inflation numbers will be much lower come October 2026. It will be a GOP landslide of epic proportion.

Anybody with common sense (which the super majority of Americans in this country do not have) would understand this.. trust the process.. have patience and great things are in store for our country.. it just takes time to get us there

" the Tower of Babel" and Trump shouldn't be used in the same sentence.

Uh huh. Always the "4D Chess" bullshite.
Here's reality. Young voters and independents had to come out to elect Trump this time around. They won't be there for the GOP next time around because of this "Babel moment" and many others.
The economy sucks. Layoffs from AI and imported labor continue. Trump is running his mouth about bringing in thousands of Chinese. If you haven't noticed, socialism/communism - once instant death for the chances of any politician - are now finding purchase in America's big cities. And what happens in the big cities inevitably begins to spread. Couple that with this idiotic war that Trump is bumbling his way through and you have a recipe for a real problem running this country in the near future.
