Yeah, his point is still wrong, I just think asking why he doesn't pay more voluntarily is the wrong criticism.

Bill gates is free to give the government as much as he wants. No one is holding a gun to his head, telling him that he can't donate any extra money.

Bill Gates is free to send as much money to the IRS as he chooses to. He is just as big a fricking hypocrite as the rest of you Democrats

Gates doesn't need a law to pay more taxes. He can overpay all he wants and the government will gleefully accept it.
Plus, I bet Gates has tax lawyers to help him avoid paying taxes.

Lie?? Really?? Funny with the cuts I'll be getting i've hired one new employee already and probably two more before year end. Each position I hired have the potential to be in the six figure income range 3 yrs after their hire date.. And I'll continue to grow from there, because of a phone call from my accountant saying "hey there's an opportunity here" So again explain to me.. A small business owner how it's not working??

For the life of me I do not understand why people are so against this.

It's like you are Bill Gates kid or spouse or something.

Let him pay it. Let all the richies pay it.

Might get some extra bus lines or something out of it. Stop complaining about this.

It's kind of amazing to me that you've lumped "millionaires" and "billionaires" into the same group. That says a lot.

I billionaire socialist doesn't make me want socialism though.

Yeah, people shouldn't be allowed to keep their money. That's just wrong.

No one is against it. If bill wants to pay it, let him pay it.

frick bus lines. Riding the bus is for the dregs.

I've seen, at most, 7 people on any cats bus at any one time. What a fricking waste of money.

I watched him ignorantly assume that he isn’t free to give the government more of his money if he wants to.

There is more than ample amount of revenue for something as paltry as 'extra bus lines' to be implemented. Do you think that government will start spending more prudently and effectively just because it has more money to play with?
