My take on the “Teach a Man to Fish”.
Find a hungry man and offer to feed him some fish, if he is willing to work for it. If he is satisfied by the deal, ask him if he knows others who are hungry. Then you have a work force that has full bellies, and you go fishing every day. I call it the Phil Robertson Family Plan. RIP Phil.
