Let's see...
The party and MSM champions for reduced emissions in order to combat climate change are hosting an event in which people are to arrive by automobiles that may carry no more than three persons?
Now, toss in the idea that both host and guest will be wearing masks which will necessarily conceal their mouths and noses. All Biden will have to do is chew a stick of gum to look like he's responding to a question while pre-recorded audio response is played in place of an actual live response.
This whole thing is beginning to make sense now.

Stephanopoulos was a senior advisor in the Clinton administration and Trump let him run a town hall. Biden should at minimum let Tucker or Ingram do his town hall if we are being fair.
