Trumps campaign has no message at all. If they do I can't seem to find it because the narrative is just covid and riots.

He just placed restrictions on H1-B visas last month so that's not entirely accurate. Biden also has the room to make this announcement because Trump has yet to stake out the territory in this election.
Trump should be forcing Biden to embrace China's government and economy with open arms.

You guys can get mad all you want, but this will help Biden. This election will not be won/lost based on reality, but based on perception, and anything Biden can do to deflect against the idea that he will kowtow to China, will help him
