Not only is it obviously completely different, it should also be seen as an insult to any black person, to call this law "Jim Crow". Because it's essentially saying that black people either don't have ID's, or they're too dumb to know how to show an ID.
I mean, what else could it mean? If everyone has to show an ID (as well should be the case), then how could it possibly be seen as singling out black people? They must be saying that blacks are incapable of producing identification at the polls.
And Manfred wants to move the All Star game out of Atlanta over THIS? That's strike 100 on him. What a miserable excuse for a commissioner. I'm just SURE that players actually give a crap about voting laws. Guy wants to be an SJW, and then pretends that he's got the whole league behind him.

I'll answer that one for you. Because there still IS a reason to point it out. It won't make the extreme left wake up. But it's important to inform the politically uneducated out there, who don't really know what's happening. If no one provides them an outlet of truth, they'll just believe whatever the mainstream media says.
I've seen numerous people here, and met people in person, who have said that they don't really follow politics and they aren't sure what to believe. That's where it pays to be an informed citizen and to be active pushing back against all of the false narratives.

If it’s too hard for black people to show an ID to vote, how are they cashing stimulus checks? Don’t you have to show ID at ANY bank or check cashing place? If they are getting direct deposit then they had to show ID to open it.
