It is highly unlikely that a twice-elected former President would be found to be eligible. When you look at the 12th and 22nd Amendments together, there is a good argument there Congress intended to prevent someone from being President for more than two terms.

It is not black and white explicit but the two amendments read together make it clear and virtually every legal scholar on earth agrees it would be a 9-0 SpCrt decision for most courts. 8-1 for this Court.
