Yes, it plainly is. Now, whether it's the case or not remains to be seen. But yes, the top brass disagreed with Trump about removing troops. If they are currently in charge, it stands to reason they would begin doing things the way they want to do them because Trump is no longer in charge. You're not this dumb. Don't act like it.

Joe Biden is the Commander-in-Chief, and the military is not in charge of the country. Joe Biden is allowed into the Pentagon if he chose to go there, and he has access to daily intelligence briefings and anything else available to the CIC/POTUS.
