At least he didn’t use that old worn out line “I don’t work for you”

Nope

“What we're inheriting is so much worse than we could have imagined," Jeff Zients, Biden's coronavirus response coordinator, said on a call with reporters.

Interesting that you pick a window that has a federal holiday and is a clear outlier to bring that average down.

The WH press corps (very liberal) is going to get real tired of this guy real fast. He's not going to answer any substantive questions. He might tell you what color AF1 is going to be, or what flavor milkshake he likes, but that's about it.

They won’t press him or Psaki like they did the last admin.

What about kids in cages...has he done an EO to change that policy, which started under Obama?

"Come on man, don't do that.. you're not black" would be the more likely Biden response

Last week:

Close to a million doses -- over 951,000, to be more exact -- made their way into the arms of Americans in the past 24 hours, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported Wednesday. That's the largest number of shots given in one day since the rollout began and a big jump from the previous day, when just under 340,000 doses were given, CBS News reported.

That number is likely to jump quickly after the federal government on Tuesday gave states the OK to vaccinate anyone over 65 and said it would release all the doses of vaccine it has available for distribution. Meanwhile, a number of states have now opened mass vaccination sites in an effort to get larger numbers of people inoculated, CBS News reported.

But even with the recent pickup in vaccinations, more than two-thirds of the doses sent to states have yet to be administered. As of Wednesday, nearly 29.4 million doses had been shipped to all 50 states and all U.S. territories. Of those, just 10.3 million — about 30% — had actually been used, CDC data shows.

So again, the reporter is right. The vaccine has been distributed, manufacturing isn’t a problem and readily available. The fluctuation in numbers is from vaccine hesitancy

We’ve also seen around 15% drop in cases since Jan 1st. Many experts are saying were past the winter spike. Also, heard immunity is taking hold.

It would be funny if the dems turned on the media, and suddenly the media actually started reporting the news again instead of being an echo chamber for liberal think tanks.

Maybe China Joe and the Hoe shouldn’t have been talking down the vaccine during the campaign. They were the original COVID anti-vaxxers

MMcgrath,

Stale data from bloomberg. Their updated:

Average at 912K and climbing will be over 1 million avg by tomorrow

So a disaster can average 912K and keep improving, yet Bidens master plan will bump it less than 10%, even with 2 additional vaccines expected.... yeah pretty solid.
