Lol look at where Delaware is on a map. Obviously he meant he has traveled through Baltimore many times commuting, whether by car or by train. When by car, he goes over that bridge.

His full statement was: "At about 1:30, a container ship struck the Francis Scott Key Bridge, which I’ve been over many, many times commuting from the state of Delaware either on a train or by car. I’ve been to Baltimore Harbor many times."

He said he’s been over the bridge by train or car.

Thank you for clearing it up. awesome job reposting what he actually said that indicates, yes indeed, he DID say he went over the bridge both by train and car.

It’s been pretty well established for awhile now that there’s the world that ol’ Joe lives in ….and then there’s the world the rest of us live in.

For the people who are actually running shite, this has to be probably the easiest gig they could ever have dreamed up. Perfect puppet who’s just happy to hold the title and aside from keeping him from wandering off or putting his foot in his mouth too badly, you just largely keep him limited except for the 2 or 3 times a year you shoot him up with whatever so that he can be somewhat sharp for about 2-3 hours.

Why are you even trying to make excuses anymore?
