Why do you guys act like “the media” is some entity with a responsibility to paint facts in a way that you agree with?

These are private companies. Slanted journalism, depending on what side you’re on, has existed since the dawn of human history. If you don’t like what they’re putting out, don’t support them. Mad they are potentially influencing other voters? Take time to educate them yourself.

I don’t know what to tell you. The far right hates the court system because they don’t rule in our favor 100% of the time, but then rushes to expect they hold private media accountable when an interview is edited.

No matter how this is sliced out, the media needs cover now and it won't work.

I don't think anyone has ever disagreed with the stance that private companies DO NOT have to be 'fair.'

All of the relevant objection I've heard is about the NEWS MEDIA - that portion of the broadcast media who have special permission to use certain sections of the airwaves to present the NEWs. - that is what "journalism" is defined to be.

What ABC/CBS/NBC have done is in direct opposition to that mandate - they present the 'news' in a form that is in direct resonance with the current Democrat Propaganda output for the day - even using the same misleading phrases.

Any 'news' that does NOT have a favorable political angle is always appended by some, usually irrelevant, point that diminishes its importance.

That is the only "gripe" I see here.
