Biden has set a standard and belief in the useful idiots that they will be at the head of the line. If they do not (and honestly they will not) then the riots and looting will return. Why do you think that the Treasury refused to give the names of those receiving PPP relief?
Could it be to avoid oversight on the recipients of the funding?
As to your ''None" answer, This is a link to an article entitled

Of course that is just a projection, but its hard to tie it down when Treasury won't tell you who got the money.
