$300 million in no-year funding for Technology Transformation Services in the
General Services Administration will drive secure IT projects forward without the
need of reimbursement from agencies.
? Improving security monitoring and incident response activities. An
additional $690M for CISA will bolster cybersecurity across federal civilian
networks, and support the piloting of new shared security and cloud computing
services.

And for good measure there is this too.

Right. I remain fascinated that OP insists this was all part of Trump's plan. This is pure, "don't let a crisis go to waste" stuff for the left.

They can say that all they want. It’s not going to be executed.

We’re testing 2M people per day. New Zealand is testing less than 5K. Guess who has “beaten the virus?” Guess what our roadmap to beating the virus will be?

I got to participate in some calls with the HHS transition team members, well, their staff. They are looking to focus on ramping up production & subsidies for at-home, quick, personal tests. They may envision vaccines or a negative test being tickets to ride in a lot of scenarios in the future.

That’s a stupid, pie-in-the-sky plan. They could just flip a coin instead.

Test symptomatic people. Somewhere between 93% and 99% of infections are coming from symptomatic carriers.

Reading comprehension 101

Biden said his plan will stop or slow down the spread of Covid. Everything your “Link” describes relates to Covid relied. Note that Trump actually implement part 1 of relief and tried to implement part 2 of relief, but the Princess blocked it.

Simple question : what is his big plan to stop or slow down the spread. Explain it to me like I am a middle school kid. Point out his specific ideas that are NEW.

Guess what——there are NONE. Not one. Trump created a plan that y’all shite on every day. His Warp Speed worked. It helped to create a vaccine faster then ever in the history of science. The pharm companies conveniently announced it a week AFTER the election. One tried to discredit Trump , until its CEO affirmed that it took full advantage of Warp Speed incentives.

The mumbler and his cronies don’t have a plan. Their plan is to give more money away to keep people’s complaints quiet//quieter. That’s not a fricking plan.

Yes.

Plan A: Eradicate it 100% day 1.

Plan B: there is no plan B.

The difference is the "they" in this scenario. Every day I go to work and spend a useless 25 seconds getting my temperature taken at the door. I suspect you do as well. The vaccine or quick test would be used by employers as an upgrade on that temp check kabuki. This would seems valuable assuming the tests are cheap and accurate enough. That's worth exploring.

This is different from what I understand which is that pre-symptomatic folks shed a ton and pass it along.

It's in there. I suspect the thinking is that eventually, we're going to have to chase down the more nomadic citizens (and non-citizens) to get them the vaccine.

Thing is, in a state with a really well run Medicaid paradigm, a significant increase in the number of CHW would probably save the state money because it'll keep homeless and crazy people out of the ED, but there are only like 4 states like that so...

Sorry big guy, but that’s a continuation of what Trump has been doing for the last 9 months.
Trump was going to extend unemployment, give an extra $1400 for economic relief, etc? Funny how he didn't do that.

The mask suggestion is actually a rule in federal buildings, which actually affects a sh*t ton of people because our federal bureaucracy is so bloated and overstaffed with pointless agencies and positions.

Nancy blocked it. He can’t unilaterally do it. Did you even take 9th grade civics? Have you watched your previous media since August ? On numerous occasions she smiles and cheerfully described how she blocked his relief plan (900 billion) bc she wanted 1.2 Trillion. Trump’s plan would have given money in September and additional relief later. She rather have people suffer than give him a “win”. Keep trying. Maybe you can actually find a fact that reflects Trump didn’t do anything and Biden actually developed a plan to slow or stop the spread. Happy to don the is this all night or day. You guys don’t like dealing with actual facts. You prefer to throw shite on a wall and name call, hoping something sticks.

They’re not accurate. If they were, we would be using them somewhere.

That’s a fair point (even though I would dispute “shed a ton”). We know that the truly asymptomatic make up an ever shrinking percentage of cases. Originally thought to be between 40-60% of cases, we are down to 17-20%.
