This is a good thing, imo.

Now he should apologize to the millions of lives he has ruined with the 94 crime bill he introduced.

He doesn’t want to decriminalize coke yet. He doesn’t want a run on the market. Hes going to need a lot for the debates.

Pandering for votes from the pot head demographic.

Are the votes not already there from the tax the rich demographic?

Guess student loan "forgiveness" wasn't enough for this demographic.

Definitely not going after he best and brightest of the population.

Felons should go to prison. The new soft on crime attitude of progressives and some conservatives ignores history. There is a very small % of Americans who commit the vast majority of violent crime, putting them behind bars saves lives.

So what’s the timeline on this?

It’s a pretty big deal. Commercial travel, banking, hiring practices will all change.

My comment was specific to the topic of marijuana not violent crime.

You think those hinge on the legality issue of this?

And to all the retirees being taxed on social security since he voted for that: 50% of SS payments in 1983, then again, at 85% in 1993.

fricker screwed over everybody.

Curious how this will work from a dispensary standpoint

Now that’s its C3, will they be required to have licensed pharmacists on site ??
bc then it’s a DEA issue and the rules for dispensing and inventory requirements for that will come into play

Could have done this the first year with not drama. And schedule III does not make it legal, just opens up for research dollars.

Not sure about other states but the medical dispensaries in Louisiana have pharmacists on site. The one in BR is owned by a pharmacist.
