couldn't one argue that banning fully automatic and bazookas is a type of infringement that is allowed. Serious question. Not trolling.

Fully automatic, yes.

I think "bazookas" are outside the intended scope of the second amendment.

Someone that is remotely used to operating a weapon can change magazines very rapidly. They'll just have to buy more magazines.

You can tape the smaller ones with a slight end to end overlap and when the first one is empty you just eject and flip it.

They also sell numerous tactical vests and belt pouches for holding multiple mags.

Jut another BS talking point.

Flamethrowers are legal and easy to buy. Tesla is about to start selling one for $500

Makes it unlawful, with certain exceptions, for any individual to transfer or possess a machinegun.

How did this happen with our 2nd amendment. They're limiting who can buy a machine gun.

And the 2nd amendment states this "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

So we can infringe??????????????????????????????????? Without eliminating the 2nd amendment??????????????????

yes we should. what a lame argument you put out

So you don't care about the half million Americans that will die from smoking?

Yes, my argument is just as stupid as the anti gun arguments. It was an exapmle in absurdity at how ridiculous AR15 bans would be.

I'm quite sure we all know this.

It still stands as the legal basis. Just because our government works around the 2nd amendment, doesn't make it irrelevant.
