At publishing time, Sanders had confirmed that lucrative book deals wouldn't count toward the maximum wage limit.

Dumbasses will believe it’s because he cares about a “livable” wage. When in reality it will only mean that all wages will go up, and that inflation will also go up, which means they will be making exactly what they are making today when it all settles... lol

Raising minimum wage does nothing for people that don't want to work. If someone wants to make more money working fast food, they should come to the Permian Basin. They are paying $12-$14 an hour at Sonic. $16 an hour with tips.

Raising minimum wage to $15 an hour would destroy everyone’s retirement. Everyone over 50 would be screwed. Anyone over 50 that votes for democrats deserves to be stuck working till they die just to barely make it . Everything democrats want to do is bad for old people. This is one of the reasons Bernie would be Trumps easiest opponent. He actually believes this crap will work so Trump will destroy him in the debates. The rest of the group is just pandering to voters and will back off these crazy socialist ideas once they make it to the general election.
