A f’n drooling retard beat a surgeon handpicked by Trump for a senate seat. And you’re such little girls you need to be told it’s been a winning election night.

The left has a magic bullet stored up for Desantis. It just hasn’t come out yet. They just concentrate on getting rid of Trump first .
Exactly where has he been attached to the degree that Trump has ?
It’s too late for this country in general. Not much will matter as it slowly crumbles.

Where have you been for 6 years or so now? Desantis hasn’t even come close to taking the kind of fire Trump has. That’s just a fact. Look at the shite they have done to the man. Desantis hasn’t had to go through anything like that.

I like Desantis but he hasn’t undergone the kind of scrutiny and heat the Democrats will put on him if he wins the nomination. He hasn’t gone through the deep vetting and fake garbage they will throw at him yet. All I am saying is I know he is popular now but how popular will he be after he is the one the Dems are in heat over? He may come out of it clean and be ok but stop acting like he is the savior. He is nowhere close to that level yet.

His stance on immigration and abortion and certain marriages and election entegrity and other stuff leaned more towards democrats. He didn't sit well with colorado Republicans and can't think of many who wanted to vote for him but we did anyway . The dem actually does some good things for the water around colorado and seemed more logical on what the state needs. The guy from canon city was the one people wanted in the primary but the I 25 corridor kind of determines who makes it. I'm rural so not sure what denver and springs wanted. Pretty sure O Dea was from up north.

So to answer your question I really don't know .

So no one other than Trump should run until he kicks off.

That is the argument you are making. No other Republican can handle what every other GOP candidate has had to deal with since Reagan and before.

You don't see how dumb that argument is, do you.

Someone can run and then you can decide who you want. I don't think the dems usually interfere in the primary but with Trump.....

You don’t see what I’m saying do you. Everyone is acting like Trump is the devil and Desantis is Jesus coming to save the country. That is true right now. When Trump is gone and out of the way and the Democrats put Desantis in the meat grinder full time will he still be considered the savior when the dust settles? No he will not be much more popular than what Trump is right now. They have not even began to start on Desantis yet so of coarse he is more likable than Trump. How popular will he be though after he has to fight for his name and reputation?

Everyone sees what you are saying. It's the same cultist shite that has been said for years now. "Only the God Emperor can do it!"

Open your eyes. Lockdown Don got exposed last night.

With any luck, he will realize it and step away.

The likelihood of that happening is almost zero unfortunately.

Wasn’t Don that got exposed it was the whole damn Republican Party. I like Desantis and will vote for him gladly if he is the nominee. Stop acting like if we just Vote for him that results will be different. It won’t make a difference because the Republican nominee will always be smeared and pounded by the Dems and the media and it will make them unpopular. Trump or Desantis there will not be much difference in how popular they are or how good of a candidate they are.

So Trump should be the guy because the media will be hard on DeSantis?

If that's the case then shut down the party because every Republican the last 40 years is racist and worse than Hitler according to the media

You have zero idea how he will act when he gets put through the ringer. Stop acting like what they did to Trump is what DeSantis has gone through it's not close. Have they spied on DeSantis? Have they tried to impeach him twice for shite they did and still haven't paid a price. Is he the constant negative attention of just about every major news channel or site for 6 years straight. Have they gone through his taxes or raided his home with the fbi yet? If you like DeSantis that's great he is a great governor but the facts are Trump still has tons of support. When the leader of the republican party is sending messages that he's not supporting any Trump candidates and not supporting their campaign and telling g America they will lose what did you think was going to happen? McConnell set this up a while ago. Those are the facts.

But I have a pretty good idea how Trump acted, and a general idea of how both men handle their shite based on their public appearances/statements/comments/etc.

This "he fought back" bullshite is just that. He reacted the way every democrat and MSM propagandist wanted him to. Like an angry toddler. Never seen DeSantis act like an angry toddler.

So, yeah. I know enough.

An angry toddler. LOL you watch to much CNN dude. Nothing I love more than watching someone give it back to the media and the dems. Trump got s**t done its that simple. Even with the opposition he was great for America. I'm sorry things like mean tweets and fake news stories and blatant lies getting called out bother you.

Trump has been in the lead taking all the bullets the Democrats can fire at him. They are so focused on damaging Trump and trying to finally kill his political career that guys like Ron Desantis have largely been left alone. How will Desantis hold up when he has to lead the pack and the Democrats turn the machine in his direction to grind him in to tiny little pieces. When the Dems come for him they will come to crush him. They will use the same dirty tactics they have with Trump to crush Desantis. It’s going to happen. When it does you will see Desantis become as toxic and Desantis will drop in popularity.

I know a lot of people hates Trump and Desantis looks great right now but just remember the Democrats hasn’t really even started on him yet. Desantis could be the next Sarah Palin. Everyone fell in love with her then after the Democrats got started they tore her apart and she never recovered. Just some food for thought

McCain was the darling of the media and the Dems favorite Republican. He became the Devil incarnate during the 2008 election.

So no republicans who lose to democrats are actually just "dem pos in disguise" if trump doesn't endorse them?

Yep, and DeSantis doesn't take crap either. He's just more disciplined and more mature with his responses than Trump. He doesn't turn off people outside the media as much as Trump.

Biden is arguably worse than Trump in all those aspects. “No one fricks with a Biden,” the speech in front of the Gates of Mordor, non-stop name calling, angry responses to media questions, not to mention failed policy after failed policy.

I am okay with moving on from Trump but my concern is that one team is held under a microscope and the other gets away with murder. What’s going to motivate people to vote for the next Republican if they didn’t vote Republican yesterday?

After these midterms, it's clear that Trump has no path to 270 electoral votes in 2024. There are millions of suburban voters that will never vote for him that would otherwise vote for a GOP candidate.

So you can give Biden another 4 years in 2024 with Trump as the nominee or you can pass the torch onto the next generation in DeSantis. Before the midterms, I'd say DeSantis would've had a 90% chance to win in '24, but PA & MI look too far gone now even for DeSantis. I'd still say DeSantis has a 70%+ chance to win in '24 against Biden by flipping GA, AZ, and WI (from the 2020 map) as the easiest path. Once DeSantis wins, then we can start the long work of rehauling state elections by flipping the AZ and WI governors back to Republicans in the '26 cycle.
