I’m wanting to do the same but I need about 300-400k just to acquire the land then another 250k to develop it and buy necessary equipment than at least half a million more for operations.
I just don’t know where to get it. Trying to convince the SO to take some money out of her investment accounts from her inheritance to buy the land and then I could use the equity to get a loan for the rest but she isn’t fully on board yet
