If people think that Roy Moore losing says anything about Steve Bannon and his conservative views, don't kid yourself.

Moore was a terrible candidate who couldn't overcome his past. He was never wildly popular in Alabama.

Now, expect to see Bannon go even harder against Democrat Senators running for re-election. Everything is now fair game. Any perceived scandal, every extra perk taken, every rumor exposed.

You ain't seen ugly yet, but it's coming.

Bannon is hurting Republican's chance of winning.

Anyone Bannon picks will lose.

How do I know that? Because everyone he has backed has lost.

Bannon can go to hell

We don’t have time for his ego in 2018. The GOP has a chance to win 3-8 seats in the Senate and will be fighting for their lives in the House. If Democrats win the House they are gonna impeach the President. Get that through your heads, it’s coming. So, Bannon can sit on the bench while the pros handle this. “Mr I just lost Alabama”.

Meh I feel dirty. I don't like that I supported Moore.

Bannon lost a ton of influence last night - he's a much bigger loser than Trump, who at least can say Moore wasn't his first choice

I can't stand Bannon but he didn't lose Alabama, Governor Bently, Luther Strange, and Mitch McConnnell/GOPe did.

Of course Bannon's endorsement and campaigning for Moore certainly didn't help either.

Nobody should feel good about supporting Moore. Whatever moral high ground we thought we had was lost by supporting Moore. Now we don’t even have that seat in Alabama.

Are you drunk?

Everyone begged and pleaded with Bannon not to support Moore. The entire situation in Alabama is because Bannon wanted to stick it to McConnell. There were a 1,000 reasons to stay away from Moore but Bannons ego cost us that State.

Perhaps, but losses will quiet a voice. Bannon has lost several times.

Please let this be true. That means all of his candidates and the alt right will lose every election to hopefully moderates or even liberals.

The GOP is going to pull a 2010 in the Senate aren’t they?

The real blame is on the 3 entities I listed.

Alabamians were not going to vote for Luther Strange because he got placed for agreeing not to bring charges against Bentley.

Mitch backed Strange with Millions and destroyed Mo Brooks with attack adds.

If Mitch and the GOPe would have kept their money out of the state Mo Brooks would probably be the new Senator from Alabama

This is the most likely outcome.

While I fully expect the GOP to run a full slate of sexual predators in 2018, the Dems roster will be equally sullied.

Bannon came from outside Alabama to tell Alabama voters that they shouldn't let people from outside Alabama tell them how to vote or think.
