why was Ibuprofen 800mg every 6 hours and Tylenol3 prescribed for after a dental procedure?

I took one tylenol-3 and it made me feel warm and almost sick to my stomach- it was weird. maybe taking two is better? I have had codeine in cough medicine and it gave a better feeling than the pills...

Probably because they figured you would be in a lot of pain. No other reason.
Make sure you take a Pepcid or some kind of antacid with ibuprofen dosages like that.
That ibuprofen dose is probably why you felt sicker to your stomach.

I mean there are multiple videos of Chinese people rubbing their hands all over stuff in retail stores. Lord knows how many of these nationals were doing it across the country. Those videos were enough to tell me this wasn’t an accident.

yeah I am tapering off on day three with less pain. I was a dumbass (and I know better) the first night I didn't take anything and woke up in pain.
My go to is the glorified advil dosage because I know it. The codiene was freaky.
I have another procedure to finish up (they were too busy with covid screening throwing them off schedule) and I think I will go with the tylenol codeine.

What is believable/ a coincidence:
* The virus "escaped" from a virology lab?
* It "escaped" shortly after Trump forced China to renegotiate trade?
* It "escaped" during a presidential election year?
* It "escaped" during a booming, record setting US economy?
* Internal China flights from Wuhan not allowed, but international flights from Wuhan were allowed? (Read this, but has this been confirmed?)
At what point do too many coincidences point to intent? I believe we are beyond that. China probably knew exactly how the msm and dim party would react to this virus. With panic and fear, but the dim party benefits from this too much to have their involvement ruled out:
* Coups to remove President Trump failed
* Removal of President Trump via impeachment failed
* Daily negative stories, lies, and misinformation not hurting Trump
After these domestic "political failures", we get COVID-19, and a couple of months later rioting, looting, defunding police, destroying statues and monuments, etc.
Is this all a coincidence? No.
Would it actually shock anyone if it was discovered that China and dim party members, plus some US military members, colluded to spread this virus? I'm almost to the point where I would be shocked if it was proven they didn't.

If we had undisputed proof, and we knew for sure this was a biological attack, what do we do?
Do you go to war with a country that has 4 times your population and a no holds bar win at all cost attitude? I’m pretty sure we don’t have the stomach as a nation to get into a war with China.
Do you just isolate yourself? Could that even become a viable political position? Would that be viewed as retreating from the world?
Do you attempt to isolate China? Is that even possible?
Do you create your own biological attack? Would we have the stomach for that?
I hate to say it, but this might be one of those things you rather just hope you never find out. Because knowing will force you to make a poor decision.

I would not rule out any of Wild Mick's ideas.
I think it is fairly well established that China did halt all domestic flights from Wuhan but allowed all international flights to Western nations to continue from Wuhan, after China was well aware of what that would do to the USA, i.e. cause a pandemic.
In that sense, China did launch a biological attack on the USA and this IS an Act of War under the UN Charter's definition of the term. But, the USA is now just one giant pussy and refuses to defend itself, and resists the Outsider POTUS who is trying to defend the USA.
The USA doesn't care to defend its Constitution and Representative Republic form of Govt. The people really running things want the USA to become a Marxist province of a Global Model for Governance.
