Make sure to turn down any raises you're offered. You don't want the commies to win, do you?

But....economics is obviously troublesome for many on here.

Oh look, another troll/lurker.
I don't happen to work at a minimum wage level. Sorry you do!

Ok, playing this out a little
What do we tell those who work for BOA whose wages aren't keeping up with inflation? How does BOA retain employees when competitors pay more? It's not like they exist in a vacuum and that a decision by BOA eliminates the impacts of inflation.
I'm sure we're aligned with all the stupid and inefficient things large financial institutions (and corporations generally) do to make the hiring environment more difficult for others and ultimately themselves, but you'd agree this is a circular problem right?

quote:Can you share your back of napkin wage analysis that suggests the bridge to a $24/hr wage is primarily driven by woke and not completely in-market vs competition?
Pay should be based on skills, experience and contributions to the company, not wokeness.
In the absence of same you’re just a run-of-the-mill ranter. You aren’t a run-of-the-mill ranter, are you?

This 'progressive' sorry excuse for a bank is knowingly and deliberately contributing to the inflationary pressures all around us, and overpaying incompetent, under-educated employees whose customer service skills are non-existent, and ability to balance an account equally bad.
So yesterday you argued that decreasing government power/regulation was being a "Commie", and now today you want regulation of the wages private parties offer employees? Non-union employees, at that.

You continue to use words incorrectly.

Do you enjoy continuing to embarrass yourself? You remind me of women that go grocery shopping in tweety bird pajama pants.
