Was there ever an image of a jet or anything shooting it?
If you watch the video long enough, you eventually see the plane fly by.

Most surprising part is how it made it as far as it did without setting off some crazy SOB who owns a bunch of land it traveled over.
Someone has a weapon that can reach that target of course .
Good Ol boys love a challenge.

Kind of weird to think we allowed this balloon to travel our entire country and shoot a balloon down with a $300 million plane. Where was this high-tech $300 million plane when the balloon reached Alaska? Looks like we just wasted literally trillions in defense spending protecting our country.

Too bad China already has all the data.
As many said already. It was a distraction.
It occupied the media drones while the doj recovers all the incriminating classified documents from Bidens beach house and delivers them to the chinese agent sleeping at Hunters house.

These "news" people even at FOX News are so FOS...
FNC female narrator's script early on led her to make an indirect indictment (and reference) of President Trump:
"The US government also has detected similar balloon activity before, as recently as in prior administration a WHITE OFFICIAL TELLS FOX..."
So, she doesn't mention Trump by name. Yet still somehow manage to get their dig in to say, "Hey -- Trump also knew about this type of 'Balloon activity' -- and HE didn't do jacksquat either."

Did the Chinese send balloons out during the Trump administration? If they did I never heard of it.

What data do you think China was going to get that they couldn't with satellites?

From colleague Liz Friden: A senior military official says the timeline of recovery is unknown. A Navy salvage vessel will be on the scene in a couple days. The debris is in 47 feet of water

That beach looks like the one where George Costanza pulled the Titleist out of the whale's blowhole.
