He and the woman featured in the tape, in a video shared by Tate himself, both denied it was abusive and said they were engaged in consensual sexual activity. However, the video from Livingstone suggests that in 2024, the woman told her followers that she was 26. If it's the same woman featured in the tape, that would make her approximately 14 when it was recorded. Tate has also claimed that the clip was taken in 2014, which would still mean she was underage at the time if the claims Livingstone made are, in fact, true.

There's a reason I used the word allegedly. The woman in the video mentioned above is someone Tate has said is part of his defense and he mentions some dates. Given all this, it's rather difficult to believe, if you understand basic math, that he wasn't doing something with an underage girl. And here you are, not even disputing that there was something sexual going on.
Tate has admitted to using these girls for all sorts of purposes and being the person on the keyboard as he swindled lonely dudes out of their money. It's obvious his moral compass is not pointing in the same direction as everyone else's, so it's not hard to believe he was with an underage girl. He has a serious credibility issue here.
Tate's own admission is that he did things with an underage girl "in the bedroom" according to you, and here you are saying it's ok because they both consented, but we don't really allow children to consent to that stuff, do we? This conversation might say more about you than it does about Tate.

Who is embracing him?
I thought most of the attention was that he didn't cater to the EU's moral view of the world, and that the claims of 'trafficking' were groundless charges, to get him 'deplatformed'.
