Biden is effectively doing the same thing, just putting the fine onto companies instead of workers.

Pres. Biden is attempting to do essentially the same thing via the OSHA mandate, but it has not happened yet and may not be allowed to happen thanks to our constitutional system. Jimmy Madison may save our butts again.
By the way, I am vaxed and think virtually every adult should be. But I am dead against the mandates as anathema to the American system and spirit.
