Did you really just say we this will only make criminals more apt to use violence so we should just not toughen the laws?

Uhhh because that's the exact attitude that had put this country judicial system in complete shite shape and has allowed criminals to flourish with little to no fear of punishment.

P.S. you should never raise children.

That, sir, is bull shite.

All the other things mentioned about murder and violence is questionable at best.

No he said it would do NOTHING BUT THAT. And if that's true, then the only logical conclusion is not do that.

It's literally the exact opposite of this. We have the most crowded prison system in the world, largely because of the WODS. And the punishments for the WODs are often draconian.

And despite all that, we're discussing a policy to address a new DRUG epidemic.

You're the second person in a second thread who blatantly misinterpreted one of Roger's posts then resorted to personally insulting him.

And your post is absolutely counter to the realites of the topic.

Well holy shite I guess they're really gonna do this. Goddammit Trump.

No they're not. The supreme Court already set a precedent that it's unconstitutional.

Any LEO, lawyer, or judge who abides by this guidance is a real piece of shite.

You need to work on your reading comprehension, I did not say that.

I'm against it because it's pathetic, probably not constitutional and a huge step backwards

I said that the only difference it will make is the job of Leo will be much more dangerous. There will be not deter people from selling drugs.

So far in the war against plants we spent over $1 trillion, locked up millions and turned all of our police departments into small armies and the plants are still winning. I wonder if it is even possible to win a war against plants.

Another insight from the Great Bill Hicks.

But the reality is this:

It's disgusting how the WOD has turned so many "small government conservatives" into authoritarians.

Well they aren't for small government, just small government when it's not something they support. They're more disingenuous than the prog filth who at least go all in on their big government love.
