The rest of the State moving forward doesn't really matter.

Better be damn careful they don't turn Georgia into Illinois...

We know. I’m as far away as one can be from that transplant shithole and still be inside the state of GA. My wife’s family and mine have been in SOWEGA since the early and mid 1800s. It’s home but it’s time to face the fact we’re gonna have to sell out one day. I can’t imagine how F’d up this state would have been during COVID with Abrams as governor, and we’re not far away from having a Dem Governor. I’m thinking about selling our farm and assets and moving to the Lake Cumberland area in KY or maybe even Oklahoma because I don’t foresee it turning blue during my lifetime.
Of course it’s all a bandaid. America has fallen in the grasps of the enemy and won’t recover - without violence.

Georgia is way more blue than Illinois. Illinois is confined to one corner.

People keep saying it’s just Atlanta…well I see blue counties all over the state. GA and VA are blue….mind blowing.

You will see Georgia conservatives leaving the state to greener pastures in a few years. Only a matter of time. Then to make up for lost revenue, Atlanta and the suburban politicians will tax businnesses and corporations to the point they will move to neighboring states.

Georgia has rural blacks

No shite. I’m not saying cook and lake doesn’t have the majority, but my state isn’t blue like GA.

It’s a similar dynamic in pretty much every state. I consider New Orleans its own planet, for example.

Means nothing. Mississippi and South Carolina have lots of blue as well but it's small rural black counties. Not many votes there.
In Georgia, Atlanta and the surrounding counties are the problem.

I think the big difference is how the Democrats have been able to win over some white women in big cities moreso in Atlanta than others

You hit the nail on the head about a lot of those idiot white women that are stupid enough to fall for the liberal bullshite!

If I ever encounter a genie offering the proverbial three wishes, the first one I would wish for is that the the corpse of Tecumseh Sherman be resurrected so that he could burn that hellhole back to the ground.

Kemp won. It's not that big of a deal, really.
