By the time they get to court, there is NO way they'll be deported. They will have anchor babies in the 2nd grade...

They get two election cycles before you can tell them they can't stay.

Asylum is cancelled in my plan. We're broke and we're full. No other candidate has even published a plan - it's just campaign phrases.

2031? That's plenty of time to deport 5-10 million

This is why the situation is so difficult without Remain in Mexico.

Either we fund a robust court system or court dates will be delayed this long for "asylum seekers" once they get to US soil.

Or we withdraw from the Geneva Convention

Frick this. As soon as they cross the border they get a trial and deported. Problem solved. We shouldn’t need any more trial lawyers to do what Joe Blow on the street can do. If it takes 8 years for the courts to get to these cases, they suck at their job.

“Fund the courts, paid for by the government to enact the policies the government wants”. Says no sane person ever

The reason there are delays is because our immigration courts can't handle the loads. Fedgov would have to spend a lot more money to get more judges, courts, clerks, etc. to handle these numbers. That is one option.

It's just a matter of volume.

Agree and there is a way to drastically stop the volume, but some people like the chaos it causes. They can create new laws to fix said chaos and act like they achieved something.

Our problems with crime, immigration could be stopped in a single week if our government truly cared.

And a wall with a select few entry points being heavily protected. You know that but you would have to agree with Trump that his border policy was spot on, but your hatred for him has clouded your judgment.

Never mind the fact that most have no case for asylum in the first place.

They will still come over in trucks.

I give Trump lots of credit for Remain in Mexico.

Using the money he wasted on the wall, on courts, would have been more effective in the long run than a wall.

Remain in Mexico...really good.

The wall...largely ineffctive

maybe your boy Jack Smith could take over. He seems to be in quite a hurry to move due process along

I will put a sign in my yard that reads, “remain in your yard” so my disgruntled neighbors don’t enter. That fence I have now just isn’t working, so I’ll tear it down.

They will still come over in trucks. [/quote]

You didn’t read the heavily protected part at the entry points, did you?

trump will need to deport 30 million. get this country back to around 300 million max. we have enough people here now.

biden has let in the poor and uneducated and many with zero skills. we cannot support these people nor should we.

but the evil democrats want a super majority to control us so we never win an election again

Again, that will require a LOT of money to fund the courts to process that many.
