Never a question. Homicide doesn’t mean murder. Just means the death came at the hands of someone else. It’s a fricked up situation. She shouldn’t have died. He shouldn’t have shot. Don’t think he will get charged and don’t think anyone would be able to prove a charge beyond a reasonable doubt

I have tried to press myself to imagine if this was Antifa or BLM breaking things in the capital if I would fault the officer for shooting if he was the last person between them and the Congress people. A woman trying to climb through a window does not hit deadly force for me. Warning shots would be justified, not a kill shot when you see no weapon.

There are four different ways to classify manner of death: Natural, Suicide, Homicide, Accident and Undetermined. This was an easy determination. However, the coroner's determination is not the same thing as a conclusion that the death was a result of a crime. For example, if you kill a burglar in your home in self defense, it's a homicide, but not a crime.
