There are four different ways to classify manner of death: Natural, Suicide, Homicide, Accident and Undetermined. This was an easy determination. However, the coroner's determination is not the same thing as a conclusion that the death was a result of a crime. For example, if you kill a burglar in your home in self defense, it's a homicide, but not a crime.
Yea- this is an odd thread, unless you don’t actually understand the terminology. She didn’t die of a heart attack shortly before coincidentally being shot. Someone else killed her. We, for all intents and purposes, knew that within minutes of it actually happening.

Why wouldn’t it be ruled a homicide?

Homicide just means a human intentionally killed another human folks. Don’t get yourself all worked up over this.

I think you posted the main point. Of 5 deaths, 2 were natural causes, 1 was accident, 1 was homicide.
That just leaves Sicknick, which I seriously doubt will be considered homicide.
That blows a hole in the narrative of 5 deaths to be pinned upon Trump.

Took them 3 months to officially determine that somebody that died of a gunshot wound (on camera) that wasn't self inflicted was a homicide. Model of efficiency that medical examiner, her case must be behind those bodies stacked like firewood.

If Chauvin is on trial for murder this Bailey guy certainly should be as well.

A woman trying to climb through a window does not hit deadly force for me. Warning shots would be justified, not a kill shot when you see no weapon.
My problem is, officers were behind her, she was unarmed and basically had no Chance of doing anything really. If the guy who shot missed he could have easily hit another officer, then what? They start shooting back killing civilians?

The officer should be charged.

Until there are even any charges for the cop that shot her, and his identity known
Enough time has passed that if they were going to charge the cop, they would have...
It won't matter to them that she was unarmed; they will twist it and continue protecting the cop like they do the swamp.
quote:Something tells me they will say the officer that shot her was legal homicide doing his job protecting others.
Homicide is when one person kills another, while murder is homicide with intent (pre-planned). Murder is not defined by common law, rather it is defined by statute.Jun 9, 2017
What is an example of homicide?
Legal Homicides
One primary example is a killing in justified self-defense or defense of someone else. Such a homicide is deemed justified if the situation called for self-defense and state law allows lethal force in that type of situation.

The Washington D.C. Medical Examiner today ruled that Ashli Babbitt's death is officially a "homicide"; the only one so far from the U.S. Capitol riots.
Mainstream Media tomorrow will wonder if Trump will finally be charged for causing a murder.

I think what she was doing was pretty dumb as she put herself in a precarious situation, but the guy that shot her fricker up royally. It's an indefensible shot imo.
I find it telling that Chauvin is in jail and on trial for murder while the guy that shot this lady is...... well, whatever?

Manner of death homicide. Cause of death projectile from a racist’s gun

homicide
That just means a human killed a human.
The word you want to watch for here is murder.
It's what Ashli's death was, but I'm not holding my breath.

If she was there as a patriot and not part of the left wing instigation then this is my reply:
frick off. More people in this country need to be like her. If they were we might still have a country to fight for.
