Making deals on this level isn't like anything else. A heavily biased MSM, ignorant voters, etc.
He did the best he could and I'm hoping he'll pull the money from other places.

Well, Trump has got his marching order from Limbaugh: sign the deal, take the money to fund current construction...add on Mulvaney's bucks to expand...start the EO/Emergency thing while publically pointing to the Dems "Resist/Obstruct" as doing existential harm to the Nation. Funds will be enough for vigorous construction until September, when they Congress will come calling for more money.
In the next year Election scenario...Wall going up...Dems obstructing for their Open Border/"fundamental change"/Radical AOC Socialist strategy...and it's another four years. Not to even mention that RBG will be room temp somewhere in between.

And comparing this to business deals is ridiculous. Business deals are made between participants looking to benefit from the dealings. These "deals" are purely about obstruction and confrontation. Hell, one side has done a complete 180 just to be obtrusive
