As I wrote in the other thread, if Vindman takes his student seat at the War College, this will clearly indicate that his Rater and Senior Rater were too chicken to document any of Vindman's wrongdoing, probably because they are wary of attacking a "politically connected" guy with lots of friends in Wash DC.
Vindman's Rater and Senior Rater both would like to be promoted and to serve in high places. You don't get to do that by pissing off the friends of a politically connected Officer.
