No, state legislatures get to choose how they run their elections.

Yep, and Arizona is following state law right now. Legislatures can also delegate to election boards.

Keep defending federal government takeover of all statewide elections. Very Republican/Conservative of you lol.

My question that you keep running away from says nothing about Arizona, progressive lunatic. I’ll post it here again for you a 3rd time:

Would federal election laws be more or less anti-constitution than state judicial and executive branches changing election laws instead of state legislatures?

And surely you can point to your history of concern trolling for all the times that’s happened in the last few years, right?

Keep shilling for lack of election integrity and pathetic candidates promoting a belief system fixated on destroying the country. Very moderate of you.

Lately nothing gets done then and they just steal from taxpayers

Just thinking about how much money is wasted makes me want to vomit. And the battle isn’t in trying to prevent that, it’s to be the one in position to waste as much as possible.

Nowhere to be found around here for weeks, until it became obvious republicans were going to perform far below expectations in this election. But claims to be a moderate that supports both sides

In Louisiana out machines are old and can't be connected to the internet which gives us the best of both worlds. Easy to count and impossible to algo-cheat.

They’ve been trying to push new ones on us, even before 2016. Why? Because fear over election fraud.

Everything polled pre-election and every single exit poll conducted on Election Day.

This is not a close race except in the hands of the machine counting the votes.
