That map would actually put the Gulf of Mexico and some excellent Speck and Redfish opportunities much closer to my front door.

Can I give Al Gore more of my tax money to speed this process up? Because the 10 hour drive for decent inshore angling is a pain in the arse and wallet.

I'm at 338 ft and got property probably another 120 ft above that. I should be OK.

I'm at 6 ft, and my property is elevated 15 ft above that. I should be OK ... insurance sucks though.

After watching Al Gore's movie thirty years ago, I bought a few acres in the mountains of East Tennessee. Built me a house overlooking a valley, expecting one day soon I could sit on my porch and watch the ships steam by. Heck, all I see is a convoy of noisy Trucks going up and down I-81.
Could I sue him for bait and switch. He promised Florida would be under water by now.
